Using our professional drop-off service is simple. Just bring your laundry to our North Miami Beach location between 7am and 5pm, seven days a week. Our friendly attendants will weigh your order and discuss any special preferences. Then, we get to work! For our Same-Day service, just be sure to drop your items off between 7am and noon. We'll have it ready for you before the day is done!
We pride ourselves on the high standards of care our Wash & Fold experts provide. The process begins with meticulous sorting: we turn all clothes right side out, check every pocket, and separate your laundry into whites, colors, jeans, towels, and sheets. We use only the best detergents and softeners on the market, including products from Gain, Tide, Arm & Hammer, Downy, and Suavitel, to get your clothes sparkling clean and fresh. We also offer hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options upon request. Yes, we do spot treatment and, of course, we match up every pair of socks!

Our Laundry Acceptance Policy
To maintain a safe and clean environment for our staff and all our customers, we cannot accept items that pose a health or safety risk. This includes items heavily soiled with bodily fluids, feces, or other biohazard materials; greasy or oil-soaked rags; items contaminated with bed bugs, lice, or other infestations; items exposed to hazardous chemicals; or items with excessive mold or mildew. We also do not accept pillows or stuffed toys for laundering. If you have an item you're unsure about, please call us to discuss it before bringing it in.
