We use the best detergents and softeners on the market, including products from Gain, Tide, Arm & Hammer, and Downy. We also spot treat stains as needed, and yes, we match up every pair of socks!

We also offer an ironing service for $2.85 per item and can hang-dry delicate items upon request (please contact us for a custom quote on hanging services). Have other special instructions, like using hypoallergenic detergent, washing certain items separately, or avoiding softeners? We can absolutely accommodate most requests for machine-washable items.

For a Safe & Quality Clean

Our Laundry Acceptance Policy

For the safety of our team and to maintain a clean environment, we do not accept laundry that is contaminated with biohazardous materials. This includes items heavily soiled with bodily fluids, feces, or items with infestations like bed bugs or lice. We also cannot accept items with hazardous chemicals, excessive mold, or those saturated with grease and oil. Pillows and stuffed toys are not accepted for our wash and fold service. If you have a question about a specific item, please call us before scheduling your pickup.
